Our Snow-Drops contain approx. 60 % less sugar than conventional ice cream. They are 100 % natural and have a high fruit Ratio up to 80%.
Overview of our currently available Snow-Drops:
Sales table
The sales table offers the optimal environment for the ice maker in order to ensure a fluent work process during processing and subsequent cleaning.
Use
The sales Table is the site of setup for the ice cream maker and the different dressings. It is made of stainless steel, easy to clean, and easy to move on its rollers. Its integrated tray with spray nozzles for cleaning the sliders, dripping trays and container for disposing of the snow drop cup always ensure clean work. The spittle protection adds to hygiene at the workplace, protection of the work surface and the materials.
Work process:
Take the Snow Drops out of a freezer on the right. Remove the Snow Drop lid with the lid opener. Put the Snow Drop onto the slider with the large surface down, then release the snow drop from the cup with the thawing cup. Push the slider onto the machine and push the start button. Done. To clean the slider, it is held into the cleaning tray. The pedal activates the cleaning nozzles. The slider is cleaned within 2-4 seconds.

Thawing cup
The thawing cup can be used to slightly heat the snow drop in order to release the snow drop from the cup more easily.

Lid opener
The lid opener serves quick removal of the snow drop lid.

Freezing plate
The freezing plate can be used to produce larger amounts of snow drops much faster. Freezing also takes place much more evenly. The freezing plates have a passage on two sides to permit safe transport even of larger numbers of snow drops.

Service adapter
This unit reads various information from the ice cream maker or resets it. Error counter, stage counter, total counter, time of the last run, average pass time and status display.

Cocktail concept
Our New Snow Ice has diverse uses.
Since we are continually developing new ice cream flavours and various uses, we would also like to present our NEW SNOW ICE cocktail concept to you. The special Cocktail-Drops at 125 ml are packed two-coloured. These Snow-Drops are not only larger and less sweet, but also customised for the cocktail area in their flavours.
The two-coloured sets will enable you to serve best colour graduations and different consistencies in one glass.
